En Inglaterra esperan que Xbox One venda más que PS4

Es lo que opinan en la cadena inglesa John Lewis. Según su jefe de tecnología, Jonathan Marsh, se está generando mucho más interés en Xbox One que en Playstation 4 de cara a Navidad. Y que por eso seguramente Microsoft le gane esta primera partida a Sony. Así lo aseguran en GamesIndustry.
"Estamos viendo más interés en Xbox One", ha dicho Marsh, además de comentar que "en las tiendas se están abasteciendo tanto de One como de PS4, aunque si he de decantarme por alguna, pensamos que One llama más a nuestros clientes por la experiencia que aporta". Y por eso dice que "si hay que quedarse con alguna, apostamos por One".
Eso sí, sin descuidar los cien euros más del precio de la de Microsoft en comparación con Playstation 4. Aun así, Marsh dice que los juegos de lanzamiento de One y su plataforma online pueden dejar a un lado a PS4. Puede ser, pero no será fácil. Aunque hay que reconocer que el catálogo de PS4 no es para echar cohetes de buenas a primeras.
Xbox One y los cien euros de la discordia
Xbox One apuesta muy fuerte por Kinect 2.0. Es una apuesta arriesgada porque encarece la consola demasiado y ahora ha de luchar contra un precio muy desfavorable. Aun así, Marsh no está solo en esa predicción de que Microsoft estará por delante en esta campaña.
El analista Robert Baird ha dicho que Xbox One podría incluso triplicar el total de PS4 vendidas en esta primera batalla. Es demasiado decir eso, cuando Data Corporation ha dicho que el precio de Playstation 4 hará que se venda más que One.

Los fans de Uncharted, Journey, Gran Turismo, The Last of Us, God of War, Little Big Planet, Gravity Rush, Infamous, Killzone o Heavy Rain por mencionar algunos saben que tendrán más exclusivas de la mejor calidad, aunque el catálogo de salida no brille mucho. También saben que comprar una PlayStation es una inversión a más largo plazo, que sigue recibiendo apoyo durante años pese a que saquen su sucesora, amortizando aún más su dinero.
Parece claro que esta vez Sony no la va a cagar en el lanzamiento como hizo con PS3 por tener un precio mucho más caro, salir año y medio después, tener un cacharro superdifícil de programar, perdiendo exclusivas importantes y con un sistema online claramente inferior. Esta vez han arreglado todo eso y estan haciendo las cosas bien, lo cual se va a notar y mucho. El Rey está de vuelta y va a dominar como antes.
En cualquier caso, de lanzamiento suelen comprar más los que son muy fanáticos de una marca u otra. Todo se decidirá meses después. Y ojalá no se decida muy en favor de ninguno... contra más competencia exista, mucho mejor.
