'Diablo III' para consolas no permitirá Cross-Play con el PC
Ha sido una semana interesante para todos los fanáticos y amantes de los juegos de Blizzard. Además de que este año (en el mes de noviembre) volverá a tener lugar la Blizzcon y regresará cargada de novedades, por fin se ha confirmado el esperado lanzamiento de ‘Diablo III’ para consolas.
Poco a poco se van conociendo nuevos detalles sobre el juego y el primero de ellos tiene que ver con la conexión permanente a internet. En una entrevista realizada por los compañeros de Eurogamer a John Hight, ex-directivo de Sony y actual trabajador en Blizzard, a este se le escapó la noticia de que para jugar a ‘Diablo III’ en consola no será necesaria una conexión a la red.
La siguiente noticia nos llega directamente a través de los foros de Blizzard. Uno de los community manager del foro, Vaeflare, ha comentado que los jugadores de ‘Diablo III’ de Playstation 3 y Playstation 4 no podrán compartir sus aventuras en el juego con los jugadores de PC.
'Diablo III' permitirá jugar en modo cooperativo local de hasta 4 jugadores
“Aunque pensamos que el juego cruzado entre todas las plataformas sería increíble, actualmente no tenemos planes para permitir la conectividad entre Playstation Network y Battle.net (esto es bastante estándar para la mayoría de los juegos con versiones en PC y consola).
“Como resultado de esto, los personajes de tu cuenta de Battle.net y de Playstation Network permanecerán en cuentas separadas. En cuanto a añadir el control con el mando para los usuarios del juego en PC, tampoco tenemos previsto dar soporte para esto. Del mismo modo que ‘Diablo III’ para consolas fue diseñado para usarse con un mando, la versión del juego para consolas tampoco será compatible con teclado o ratones USB.”
