'Command & Conquer' muestra nuevas imágenes
La saga 'Command & Conquer' vuelve a la carga con un nuevo título, y lo hace retomando la fórmula original de la franquicia, que tantos éxitos le deparó en el pasado, aunque haya llovido mucho desde entonces. Electronic Arts ha compartido una serie de capturas de pantalla que nos muestran todo el encanto intemporal que atesora la serie.
Victory Games está trabajando duro para entregarnos 'Command & Conquer', en mano y listo para depararnos horas y horas de estrategia, a finales de año. Este reboot del título original, lanzado allá por 1995, promete largos períodos de absentismo social y familiar mientas tratamos de conquistar las bases enemigas.
La productora ha querido retomar el estilo de los primeros juegos de la saga -tras algunas desviaciones de las últimas entregas- más centrados en establecer nuestro asentamiento, conseguir recursos y producir unidades y equipamiento de batalla con los que someter a nuestros enemigos.
'Command & Conquer' será free-to-play
'Command & Conquer' contará con tres facciones únicas: la tecnológicamente avanzada Unión Europea, la Armada de Liberación Global, y la recientemente formada Alianza Asiático-Pacífica. Un mundo globalizado donde cada sector tratará de hacerse con la supremacía del continente euroasiático.
El juego correrá sobre el motor de DICE 'Frostbite 2', que ya de por sí es una garantía de calidad y de físicas e iluminaciones realistas. Los edificios podrán derrumbarse y colapsar como en cualquier campo de batalla, y no hay más que ver las imágenes que os mostramos a continuación para percatarse de que todo el esplendor y el fragor de las contiendas está fielmente reproducido.
Además, 'Command & Conquer' se comercializará bajo la atractiva modalidad free-to-play, por lo que podremos empezar a jugar de forma gratuita e invertir más o menos dinero en función del uso que queramos hacer del juego.
En resumen, una puesta en escena espectacular para un título que ya nos es conocido, al que el paso de los años ha sentado tan bien como a un buen vino. Si lo dudáis no tenéis más que ver las imágenes:
