Es el año 2069 y el mundo se encuentra sumido en una oscura y maquiavélica ordenación social, sin un gobierno protector y con muchos sindicatos compitiendo por dominar sus mercados locales. La acción se desenvuelve sin tregua, tanto que a veces la trama resulta incluso atropellada, pero a cambio gana un dinamismo que realmente termina por atraparte.
