Nuevos detalles sobre la versión Wii U de 'Darksiders II'
'Darksiders II' es sin duda uno de los títulos con más reclamo de entre los que serán lanzados el mismo día que la nueva consola de Nintendo. AlexM ya nos había contado algunas de las características con que contará el juego en su versión para Wii U, pero ayer mismo los responsables de la producción nos hacía saber más novedades.
Durante el evento celebrado por Nintendo la pasada semana en Nueva York para promocionar su nueva sobremesa pudimos ver en acción varios de los juegos que estarán disponibles desde el estreno de Wii U, pero lo que nos mostraron de 'Darksiders II' era una pobre imagen de las posibilidades que tendrá en realidad el título.
Para empezar, el juego de Vigil Games aprovechará al máximo las posibilidades del GamePad. 'Darksiders II' podrá ser completado utilizando exclusivamente este controlador, por lo que si lo deseamos no tendremos que estar frente a la televisión para jugar. Y por supuesto utilizará el control táctil del mismo para aportar nuevas posibilidades.
La pantalla del mando mostrará el mapa mientras jugamos ante la consola, y también nos permitirá acceder a las habilidades de Death, así como a su equipamiento. De este modo se simplifica el cambiar de arma durante la partida, ya que no es necesario ir al menú pausa para hacerlo.
También resultará útil el sensor de movimiento. Gracias al acelerómetro podemos manejar al personaje indicándole, por ejemplo, en qué dirección queremos que salte.
En cuanto a los contenidos, como ya nos contó AlexM, tendremos cinco horas más de juego que en las versiones de PS3 y Xbox 360, ya que la edición Wii U incluirá el primer DLC del juego, 'Argul's Tomb', además de todos los extras disponibles hasta la fecha. Esto no quiere decir que no vaya a salir más contenido adicional para el título, ya que los desarrolladores han informado que planean comercializar dos expansiones más: 'The Abyssal Forge' y 'The Demon Lord Belial' a través de la eShop una vez eche a andar la nueva consola.
