La visión 'artística' de 'Metal Gear Solid V'
Yoji Shinkawa no es un diseñador. Es el diseñador. El hombre que vio cómo tenían que lucir los personajes de la saga 'Metal Gear'. Y todos sus engendros mecánicos. Alguien con una visión excelente de quien es Solid Snake, Big Boss, Naked Snake o cómo quiera llamarse Snake en cualquiera de sus apariciones. Punished Snake se llamará ahora.
Lo que el bueno de Shinkawa nos trae hoy son algunos detalles interesantes sobre la trama de la quinta entrega de la saga. ¿Lo principal? Que girará en torno a una venganza. Nada de lo que habíamos visto antes con amenazas nucleares. Pero hay mucho mas, como la presencia que tienen los detalles raciales en la historia.
Durante el E3, el creador de 'Metal Gear' y genio reconocido que es Hideo Kojima dijo que 'The Phantom Pain' es diferente a los juegos previos de la saga. Y ahora lo confirma Shinkawa. "Estamos tomando aspectos muy duros como la venganza o la raza, eso hace el juego mucho más oscuro", manifiesta el diseñador. "Quería que Snake mostrase mucho más a través de rasgos faciales y movimientos de su cara, elementos que fuesen clave más allá de su voz".
También habla sobre la elección de Kiefer Sutherland para la voz de Snake. "Necesitábamos a alguien que pudiese congeniar perfectamente entre la voz y la expresión facial, además con las cualidades vocales de este hombre en sus 40 años", explica en relación a su elección. "Es algo diferente a todo lo que hemos hecho antes, así que le pregunté a un amigo en Hollywood, que fue quien me presentó a Kiefer Sutherland".
Un 'Metal Gear Solid' de mundo abierto
Se trata del cambio principal. 'Metal Gear Solid V' será de mundo abierto. "Es diferente a todo lo que hemos hecho antes en nuestros juegos de infiltración, el sistema ha cambiado para abrazar un diseño de mundo abierto", afirma Shinkawa.
